In practice we are dealing with many different types of conditions, obviously many of those conditions are spine related and come in many different ranges of severity. When we first leave school and start trying to help patients get better we are focused on working on the body and trying to relieve symptoms quickly. This results in happy patients and satisfied doctors, but with certain patients seem to return with reoccurring issues that will disappear after treatment but eventually return regardless of what preventative measures they take.
As time goes on in practice dealing with these patients a pattern often emerges, it is not what they are doing to there bodies, but what they are putting into their bodies. For a body to be able to heal properly it needs a good supply of building materials to be able to rebuild its damaged tissues.
