Gonstead Family Chiropractic’s Erie office is located in the Manor Plaza on West 8th St, just east of the West Erie Plaza and a stone’s throw away from Presque Isle Bay. The office has been serving the Erie area since April of 2012.
Dr. Bradley Mealy was born and raised in Meadville, Pennsylvania and graduated from Meadville High School. He attended Gannon University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences. Dr. Mealy pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where he graduated in October 2011.
Dr. Mealy knew from the time he was a freshman in high school that he wanted to help people. A positive experience with a chiropractor in his hometown helped convince him that chiropractic was the way he was going to accomplish this. He was introduced to the Gonstead Technique in 2007 and from that moment he knew that he wanted to learn this technique and everything it had to offer. “I’d always wondered when I was shadowing other doctors in high school how they knew what to do when each patient came into the office. In the Gonstead Technique, there’s no guess work, I know what do when each patient comes in, what to adjust, and when to stop adjusting.”
Dr. Mealy resides in Erie with his wife, Christina and daughter, Avery. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends along with cheering on Buffalo and Cleveland sports teams.
